I connected with Jackie over dinner one night during a conference. We sat next to each other and were asking the waitress (bless her heart) about the no-gluten options for our fish. After many questions the waitress left. The next hour would be filled with not only Jackie and my similar beliefs about food and gut health and fermented foods, but also about who she is and her journey.
I learned about her own struggle to find joy in her life. I learned that she had helped hundred's and now thousands with her books...come on this amazing ride and learn how to really get more JOY out of each and every adventure in your day.

The key to life * Start doing what you want, grow up, follow your dreams and take action. What prevents us? What hangups do we have that hold us back?
The journey continues.
The discussion goes deeper on Mormonism and our upbringing. We dive deeper into topics that are interesting to us, and possibly you. :)
This is a part of our awareness, consciousness and healing process. What do we seek refuge in? Who are we? Are we comfortable with ourselves? We must be ok with who we are.
From the CES letter, our own research, and how this topic was brought up and dealt with in our marriage.
Cleansing our lives and staying curious.
Intent=demystifying religion, life and what really is important
This one is sticky for me. Charles and I discuss belief systems and how many of us there are that live our lives in accordance to how we were raised. Charles and I were both raised LDS, aka Mormons. This is our story and what we have to say about this never ending topic.
Detaching from beliefs that do not serve our highest good.
I have the upmost respect and love for the way in which I was raised and the connections I have and the person I have become, because of my upbringing. Since life is about being true to who we are as individuals and finding our own way, our own truths and THE truth, this is a small part of our journey and this thing we call life.
Intent = to be open and honest with who we are, where we are at, and what we believe so that others may be inspired to live their life open, honest, without judgement and with the understanding that we are each creators of our days, our years, our lives and our world. Much love and good vibes to all y'all no matter your religious beliefs, or that lack thereof. There is no judgement, I wasn't built that way.
